Axiota develops our innovative solutions through two technology centers - the MS Biotec Microbial Technology Center and the Warburton Injectable Trace Mineral Technology Center.
The MS Biotec microbial technology center is located in Wamego, Kansas which is our production, R&D and logistics center for Lactipro products.

Our Quality Control team is looking for people who are driven to solve problems, share ideas for improvements, all while utilizing analysis skills.
This position will be expected to collaborate across all functions and will have a tremendous opportunity to learn and grow in an expanding company.
Below are a few examples of this position's
Responsibilities:
Work with R&D Process Development team, and the Quality and Operations organization to successfully transfer new manufacturing processes from R&D to production.
Lead method development/transfer for new products or processes.
Able to develop methods for new products/components, author protocols and test methods, execute and troubleshoot findings.
Create, review and approve relevant QC documents, SOP's and WI's.
Perform peer review/approval of laboratory data.
Perform lab equipment validation, qualification, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
Lead testing for excursion investigations related to manufacturing through collaboration with other functions (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, etc.
) Execute routine and non-routine analysis testing for in-process materials and final product using laboratory skills such as dilution plating, gram staining, and aseptic technique.
Equipment use includes spectrophotometer, biosafety cabinet, anaerobic chambers as well as single and multichannel pipettes.
Assure QC records are accurate, compliant, and capture critical data.
Promote safety in all areas of work, professional courtesy, and a positive work environment within the company.
Follow Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, or related field is required.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology industry, or academic laboratory is required.
Experience in a Quality Control laboratory is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
