As a Seasonal Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our company during our busy season.
Training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred Proven experience working as a bookkeeper or in a similar role Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Duration:
This is a seasonal position, Approximately +/-20hrs per week.
Starting immediately and Ending May 2024 (Chance for return work seasonally January-April 2025) Training:
Training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
