Assists individuals with accessing and managing in-home attendant care services.
Successful candidates must be highly organized and proficient with computers as data entry, log notes and reports are a priority.
Good phone skills a must!! Primarily desk work, some travel required.

Knowledge of HCBS waivers and KS Medicaid a plus.
