This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in our Wamego, Kansas office, plus a remote office set up for the other 2-3 days a week.
(For the right candidate we will consider fully remote candidates with some role expectation modifications.
) Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the successful delivery and coordination of projects across various phases, from initiation to implementation.
This position involves meticulous project documentation, timely updates, and seamless coordination of project-related activities.
The Project Coordinator contributes to the project's success by supporting the Project Managers & Experience Directors with setting up the front end of projects and organizing/documenting continuously flowing information from emails and meetings.
Core Role Functions:
Project Support:
Collaborate with Project Managers and Experience Directors to facilitate the initiation, planning, production, and implementation phases of projects.
Ensure the seamless coordination of project-related activities to meet established timelines and objectives.
Build and maintain templates and reporting dashboards in project-planning tools.
Meeting Support:
Assist in organizing project stand up meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes.
Collaborate with team members to schedule and coordinate project reviews and approvals.
Documentation Management:
Update project documents based on meeting outcomes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and organize project-related files, ensuring easy access and version control.
Prepare project documentation, assigning key project metrics and milestones.
Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholders are informed about project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular checks on project documentation to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance with project expectations.
Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify any discrepancies or gaps in project documentation.
Accountabilities:
Accountable for the success of the final product measured by project task prioritization, timeline, and budget.
Provide clear and concise communication, using effective listening skills to convey information quickly and accurately.
Maximize the value of the product for customers, users, and the organization.
Position Requirements:
Examples and exposure to project coordination or support roles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with basic project management methodologies.
Experience in collaborating with diverse teams in a professional setting.
Exposure to project management tools and software (e.

Asana, etc.
).
Physical Requirements:
Able to work at a computer and monitor (sitting and standing) for extended periods of time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
